The Marci Barton Group is led by Marci Barton, a 34 year veteran in the Real Estate Industry who owned and operated her own Real Estate Company for 21 years before selling it to someone she trusted to continue to grow it.  Marci really wanted to continue to list and sell real estate and to exercise her passion for "Staging Homes" to enhance their value for selling.  With her background in training new associates, her love of teaching and her extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, she opted to form a Group, allowing newer associates to learn from her vast experience as they assist by bringing fresh new ideas to her already established Real Estate Group. 

 

When working with Sellers, Marci and her group team up to provide more than great service, they work to get the house sold at the highest possible price by preparing it properly for sale, shooting its best features, providing an outlet for those features to be seen and coveted and making sure that the house, once sold, will close at the Title Company in a timely manner.  It takes knowledge of the market, knowledge of people and knowledge of design to accomplish that feat over and over again with happy satisfied sellers (and buyers).

 

When working with buyers, Marci believes in "listening" carefully to what her clients want in a home and showing them the right properties to suit their needs and their desires.  She always begins the interview process with a prospective client by asking "If money was of no concern, what would you want in a house that would make it your home?"  She believes and trains her team members to believe that within certain guidelines, we can all achieve our dreams.
