Brief Overview of the Group:

Kimberly was licensed in 1989 however, she took 6 years off to get her family started then came back to Real Estate as Marci’s assistant then on to buyer and leasing agent for The Marci Barton Group, western suburbs specialist (living in Ft. Worth for 17 years), design and staging professional (art major).   Sabrina Kirkpatrick,  licensed in 2006, background as a results oriented IT professional with expertise in Information Quality Assurance Management, is a strong leader, consumer oriented, caring individual who will find you the right property no matter what it takes.  Her experience in leasing and buyer agency makes her a great asset to the Group.  Her marketing skills are an asset when we work on the listing side of transactions as well.  Colleen Manno, also licensed in 2007 has been involved in marketing, consumer and sales promotions, employee and corporate communications public relations plus charitable foundation management and since being a Realtor has enjoyed using all of those skills to promote our listings, work diligently with buyers and tenants, and understand the dynamics of what is needed to get the job done in an efficient yet caring manor.  These women together form a strong network working to the advantage of their clients in every facet of the real estate transaction and beyond.  Each brings a dynamic to the table which enhances the overall experience of the consumer and that’s what it’s all about.

Marci Barton owned her own real estate company from 1976 until 1997.  She had 105 licensed full time agents in her company and 4 managers.  She continued to sell real estate full time during all those years.  Because the next natural step was to grow the company larger by acquiring more companies, she sold to a group who was ready to take that next step while Marci really wanted to continue listing and selling real estate .  That was what she loved most about what she did.  Because of her time in real estate which spans several swings in the industry, Marci knows how to market in good and bad economies, is a cool head when it comes to negotiation, works hard for her sellers and equally hard for her buyers.  It’s wonderful to have a “group” when buyer and seller both want to work with Marci.  Each client can have the relationship they need to make sure they are represented and cared for.  It’s also perfect when one of the members has to get away to a conference, a much needed vacation, or just needs to attend to other matters or multiple clients.  Between the four of them, no client goes uncared for.
